Electronic Record & Platform Terms

This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 requiring publication of rules, regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of https://jobjugad.com ("Platform").

Platform Ownership

The Platform is owned by JobJugad, having its registered office at Opposite Bank of Baroda, Ward No. 3, Parsodi, Trimurtee Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra – 440022. In these Terms, JobJugad may be referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us" or "our".

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform and services is governed by these Terms of Use and applicable policies incorporated herein by reference. By accessing, browsing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Modification of Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be modified or updated by JobJugad at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the updated Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definition of User

For the purpose of these Terms, "you", "your" or "user" means any individual, organisation or legal entity accessing or using the Platform and services provided by JobJugad.

Accessing the Platform

Accessing, browsing or using the Platform indicates your agreement to all Terms and Conditions stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue using the Platform.

User Registration & Account Responsibility

You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information while registering on the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities conducted through your account.

Accuracy of Information

JobJugad does not guarantee that all information, content, services or materials available on the Platform will always be accurate, complete or suitable for every user's requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobJugad shall not be responsible for errors, inaccuracies or limitations relating to information available on the Platform.

User Responsibility & Risk

Your use of the Platform and Services is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for independently evaluating whether the services provided by JobJugad meet your personal, professional or business requirements.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to design, layout, graphics, logos, text, images, software and other materials are proprietary to JobJugad and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, distribution or use of Platform content may result in legal action under applicable laws.

Payment & Service Charges

You agree to pay all applicable charges, fees and payments required for availing services offered through the Platform. All payments shall be processed according to the applicable payment terms and policies.

Prohibited Use of Platform

You shall not use the Platform for any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or prohibited purpose under applicable Indian laws.

Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services or resources. Accessing such third-party platforms shall be governed by their respective terms, conditions and privacy policies.

JobJugad shall not be responsible for the content, security practices or policies of external websites.

Transaction Agreement

Initiating any transaction through the Platform creates a legally binding agreement between you and JobJugad. Users agree to comply with all applicable payment, service and usage conditions related to such transactions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobJugad, its affiliates, employees, partners and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities or legal expenses arising due to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Misuse of the Platform or Services.
• Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms where such failure occurs due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

All communications, notices or queries regarding these Terms & Conditions must be made through the official contact information provided on the JobJugad website.

User Acceptance

By accessing, browsing or using the JobJugad Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
